Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 10 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the DIFY website, purchase the DIFY Passport, book a foundation session or attend a DIFY event. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. About DIFY
DIFY is a self development brand offering a digital identity and transformation experience, one to one foundation sessions and in person gatherings.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the DIFY Passport, book a session or attend an event.
3. The DIFY Passport
The DIFY Passport is a digital product with locked page progression, provided together with a one to one foundation session and a physical welcome booklet. Access is personal to you and must not be shared, resold, copied or distributed.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown on the product page in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and your access details have been sent. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is accepted.
5. Delivery of access
Your Passport login details are sent by email once payment is confirmed, followed by a booking link for your foundation session. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive them, and contact us if they do not arrive.
6. The welcome booklet
Your physical welcome booklet is posted to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Please make sure the address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for items sent to an incorrect address. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary.
7. Foundation sessions
Sessions are booked through our booking provider at a time you choose. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice are treated as delivered and are not refundable. If we need to move a session, we will offer you an alternative time.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Because the Passport is a digital product delivered immediately, you agree that your right to cancel is lost once your login details have been issued, and all sales are final from that point. If you contact us before access has been issued, you may cancel for a full refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
9. Events
Event tickets, where offered, are subject to availability and to any additional terms stated at the time of booking. DIFY stamp stickers are earned only by attending a DIFY event in person.
10. Nature of the service
DIFY provides self development coaching and reflective tools. It is not therapy, counselling or medical, legal or financial advice. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. If you are experiencing a mental health difficulty, please seek support from a qualified professional.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in a way that could damage or disrupt the service or affect other users.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within the DIFY Passport, including text, design, imagery and the DIFY name and marks, belongs to DIFY and is protected by intellectual property law. You may use it for your own personal, non commercial purposes only.
13. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
14. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
17. Contact
Please contact us using the details on our Contact page with any question about these terms.
